Learn English exclusively in classes guided by Mariana teacher. Capable of broad knowledge in adult literacy in both Portuguese and English. Classes have 5 students so that learning is collective, but with all the attention necessary for each student.

Meet the dreamy and fearless heart of the founder of Brazilian Cape Cod.
Mariana has always had a passion for helping people. Always involved in volunteer work, one of her callings was to help with the literacy of adults who could not read and write Portuguese. From an early age she heard that she was patient and caring with her students.
Her dedication to her countrymen extended to distant lands, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. She saw the need facing the Brazilian community on Cape Cod with the barrier of not knowing how to speak English. Although she is still not in love with English even after years of studying in Brazil, her passion for solidarity with others brought back her call to teach. Classes were free and started with large classes meeting in libraries, parks and even on beaches during the summer.
During the process, the need of some students for more private lessons was seen. And it was from this that the Brazilian Cape Cod room became a reality.
Mariana reflects her determination and affection in every detail of her work. Inspiring and promoting solutions and partnerships so that the quality of life of Brazilians on Cape Cod is even better.
